How to submit your news

We want to hear your news so please ensure we know about it.

We recommend that your first port of call should be your town or village correspondent - many do accept copy via email. They can then relay copy on to us
Bear in mind they need to send this to us in time to meet our deadline of 10am on Tuesday. This deadline remains the same even in weeks where there is a Bank Holiday Monday.

Before doing so we would strongly suggest you read our advice on compiling a good report - this provides some useful tips on creating an article that will hopefully be published with the minimum of subbing.

Submitted photographs are always welcome but we cannot guarantee they will be used. Please email them to us in jpg format to the link above, or send a print to our postal address.
